Knowledge Doc: URL not seen as hyperlink in the message body when having a custom prefix

When an URL is using a custom prefix groupwise does not show this as a hyperlink in the message body

Environment

GroupWise 23.x
GroupWise 24.x

Situation

You have a URL/link in the message body that is not showing as a hyperlink and when you hover over the link you see the information popup with the following message
 

This URL was removed because it used a custom scheme "xxxx" that has not been approved by your system administrator


The xxx will show the prefix of the URL which can be created by a custom application or for example Onenote as this uses the custom prefix onenote:// for URL's
