You have received an email with attachments included, and you want to open them. When you double-click on them, you get them displayed in a GroupWise internal viewer. You expected a start of a corresponding application associated with this file.

You have received an email with attachments included, and you want to open them. When you double-click on them, you get them displayed in a GroupWise internal viewer. You expected a start of a corresponding application associated with this file.

Cause

This behavior is caused by a Windows registry settings.
