After updating the GMS server to 24.3 Android devices are not able to download attachments anymore

Environment

GroupWise Mobility Service 24.3

Situation

Since updating the Mobility server to 24.3 users with Android devices are not able to download attachments on the mail anymore.

The native Samsung app reports the error "Unable to load attachment <attachment-filename>" or keeps trying to retrieve the attachment
