Knowledge Document: Data is lost when using HTML tags "<>" when configuring the signature

Environment

SMG v23 and v24.3

Situation

This issue occurs when configuring a "signature" using "<>". Clicking "Save" the first time works fine, but any changes made after reviewing the setting will be deleted when clicking on Ok.  Clicking on Cancel does save the new edited information and closes the window with losing any data


Cause

This is a defect with the Chrome editor.  If this configuration work is done in Firefox or Edge, it works as designed
