Environment

Secure Messaging Gateway 23.3.x
Secure Messaging Gateway 24.x

Situation

Devices are mounted using the Device ID which can cause issues with SMG loading or the vastorage area empty if they are mounted incorrectly after a server reboot

Cause

Devices are mounted using Device ID
Find resolution on support portal
