Maybe there is a bigger bug in the background. I have tried to create a new signature. But it seems that the text will not be stored every time. Especially if I log out/in I miss my changes afterwards. I have tried several browsers ...

I have troubles too with the renewed signature option. It does not really in the way I expected. I have to continue my tests but in many cases it does not work. Even for signatures which were working before ...

I'm finding the top-signature works correctly most of the time, but goes to the bottom on some emails (including all from gmail whether gmail.com or a gmail-hosted domain) and it also seems to foul up some marketing emails with "=9 =9" scattered around and a large blank area at the top of one.
I wouldn't worry so much about a few marketing emails getting a little messed up, but having it not work correctly for gmail is a problem. It all indicates SMG isn't sticking the signature in quite the right way.
I'm guessing Opentext doesn't actually dog-food any of this stuff.
The new inbound signature-at-top feature needs a little more work (this is a way to put those nearly ubiquitous "external message" warnings on inbound messages from the internet that management types think are super-important).
It works fine on a message sent from an outside GroupWise system, but with a message sent from gmail the signature still ends up at the bottom.
