Who hasn't wished for better SMG documentation?

I'm sure most of us are familiar with this link as well as the many deficiencies with that document.

There are a number of very good Knowledge Docs but judging from the number of views it would seem they are not very accessible. 

The SMG Home page has a list of Secure Messaging Gateway Resources:

Unfortunately, the Knowledge Base link does not link to SMG Knowledge Base articles but to a Knowledge Base landing page from which you can access the Knowledge Base search page. If you have tried searching for SMG articles in the past and selected the SMG product "SECURE MESSAGING GATEWAY (GWAVA, SMG) (799)" you may have been surprised to see that no documents were returned. I have opened a number of cases to get this resolved and now it seems to be returning some results. I was told that there was a bug: If you filtered by Product and if the product name contained a comma no results would be returned.

Another way to keep up to date with new documents is to subscribe to Email Notifications.

I get notifications for several products but get nothing for SMG even though I requested them. Perhaps it's that damn comma?

There are some very good YouTube tutorials for SMG but you will have to search for them.
