Support Tip: Admin password changed and mail flow stopped through SMG

Environment:
Secure Messaging Gateway

Situation:
After the admin password was changed, inbound mail flow stopped in Secure Messaging Gateway (SMG).

Resolution:
In the SMG Admin Console, there are two locations where the administrator will be able to set a Username and Password that is required for inbound SMTP communications.

Module Management | Mail Relay Module Manager | <relay to host> | SMTP Relay Target List | Auth Username & Auth Password

Organization/Policy Management | Domain Management | <domain> | Target Type <SMTP server> | Username & Password
