Is there any way to recreate the message tracker database? After a migration from the Appliance to the RPM based 24.4 the Message Tracker db lists all entries as empty lines (see screenshot.
Customer only wants it to function again and does not bother about the past. So I want to recreate an empty database in order to make it working again. The way I was thinking of:
1. Stop SMG
2. drop the tracker db
3. dump the schema of a working smg appliance from another customer
4. recreate the tracker db with the schema dump from the other smg.
Is this a scenario that will work?
