GMS and SMG: secure connection

The connection between GMS and SMG can secured by SSL.

Is there a documentation about this?

Where should the certificates configured?

It is necessary to save the cert at the GMS, too? Or did the GMS accept all offered certs?

Which services have to restart afer the configuration (at GMS and SMG)?

    GMS communicates with SMG via the REST API. To enable the SMG scan engine to support SSL all that needs to be done is configure the Scan Engine.

    By adding the certificate information on this page and then "checking" the "Enable REST Service SSL" checkbox.

    Don't know if there are any specific changes that are needed on GMS or not. That question would be better answered by the GroupWise GMS group.
