QMS: Authentication failed, please try again

No User can login to the QMS portal. SMG is fronting Groupwise 18.3.X and is associated with OES/ldap.

I tried and failed to implement the solution in "Tips and Info"

However, I don't think this addresses my solution because we are using LDAP.

I would dislike the idea of creating a manual user because I don't think the user will be able to change the password after I assign it.
