Users are all using CE 24.3.0 Groupwise client. The Print Preview (whether printing an email to paper or pdf) always shows "no preview available." Why is this? Can it be fixed? Users are running on Windows 11. Thanks.

It seems a lot of issues are there with the new print preview dialog in windows 11 with different 32bit applications, the easy way to prevent this in GW is to set in the client options (Tools, Options, Environment) the "Use HTML browser for printing" and make sure the HTML browser above this option is having the right one selected.
