I had the same problem for one of my customers. Support repaired/prepared this wpdomain.db and after a top down rebuild mails show the right time again.

In another case I have found out that only one domain of a multi domain environment showed the wrong time. Than it is easy - just do a domain and post office rebuild for this part.

This is related to the other forum post, you can read about it and as Diehtmar mentioned a DB fix could be done to sort out the TZ records 

as soon as Open Text support fix our very very old wpdomain.db i will click on verified answer, case is already open but still in the Nigerian frontline where they might be unaware of the manual wpdomain.db fix

the OT support guy from Nigeria sent me back a file with exact the byte size like my original wpdomain.db and changing from UTC to UTC+01:00 lead exactly to the same wrong mail time stamps as before

now all time stamps are definetely 1 hour in the future, even when you send an email to your own mail adress

i have to revert to the old wpdomain db that does not have the problem at least when you leave the TZ record to UTC Canary Islands

TZ record kept to UTC - Canary Islands / reverted to old wpdomain.db / top down rebuild of the whole stuff / time stamps are correct again

i would like to create a clone of the production groupwise system for OT support, in very old days it was possible to rename the groupwise system name, but it was in ConsoleOne days, do you guys know if this is still possible and if yes how?

I am not sure why you want to change the system name for your clone. I think the system name is not important for support or for your clone ...

Except you want to hide the name ...
