Got a single dom/single PO where one sender (a fairly large provider of financial services) is unable to email one user. It's going through a Barracuda filter first, and then goes to the GWIA. GWIA then rejects the email saying is is too long.
Rejected ({mailserver fqdn}:25:500 SMTP connection violates RFC5322 2.1.1 rule of 1000 characters per line. Fix your mailer.)
On the basis we are very unlikely to get any action from the sender if we tell them they are violating an RFC and that (we assume) other users are receiving their emails without problems is there a way of getting the GWIA to accept this email?
