Connection problems to GroupWise Mobility Service with Samsung Email app

Hi.

We have problems with Samsung app Email connectivity to GMS similar described in this KB7024437.

"What typically get changed is login name being swapped by email address and also Exchange server settings is modified. Sometimes this cannot be even changed."

Could please send me update about this issue.

    Well, I see this version is a little bit outdated. But I assume you want/have to stay on Sles12. Unfortunately I do not have a newer version than your 619 build ...

    As mentioned in the TID it seems to be an issues with Samsungs's app.

    I do not hear similar complaints with current GMS versions.
