Has Filr 23.4 actually had no updates since October 2023? I just checked online updates for each of my Filr appliances and nothing is available. Is this correct or is something up with the updates?

As we said on last month's webinar 24.1 should be released this week.
With the 90 day release cycle, it is difficult for the team to always deliver patches for every release.
Robin,
While I understand the difficulties, Opentext *must* come up with a solution for that. With the *.4 releases officially being long-term supported, it certainly can't be the solution to never update them but point to the next .X releases for that. When OT announced that scheme, I was afraid exactly that would happen.
If customers want to stay on .4, OT *MUST* fix any bugs and security issues in that release first as long as it's supported, and leave the .1, .2 and .3 releases for new features *ONLY*.
Just my 0,02c.
definitely!

Hello,
I also agree that it's doesn't make any sence to have a 23.4 version LTS for 3 years while all patches of this version are in in 24.X versions and next year in 25.x versions which have a shorter lifetime.
Every product has his patches. I also doesn't make sence to make parallel versions.
Just make a smooth regulary update system and keep it simple.
