Environment

Control Point 5.9.7

Situation

The Dashboard Log shows the following error message:

Message: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Resolution

Re-run the Control Point Configuration Manager and re-enter the IIS and CP engine service account details before pressing deploy, then perform a full health check to know if IDOL, Connector, Content, etc. are all working correctly.
