During a failed connector INSERT action, the Connector will copy the failed file and an XML file containing the failure details to the Connector InsertFailed directory. If there are a large number of failures or you are applying policy to some large files that have failed, there is potential for this InsertFailed directory to consume a lot of disk space.

When a ControlPoint policy fails, we can view the failure details in the Connector logs and within the ControlPoint SQL Database.
There is no need to retain the failed policy source file and XML file in the InsertFailed directory.
