Support Tip: Unable to open ControlPoint with any other user besides the service account

When trying to access the ControlPoint UI with any other user it fails with the following error: System.Data.EntityException: The underlying provider failed on Open. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'.

Within IIS Manager, click on the ControlPoint virtual directory ( Sites > Default Web Site > ControlPoint) and click on Authentication on the right hand side.
Check that ASP.NET Impersonation is Disabled and only Windows Authentication is enabled.
