Situation

When creating a Saved search, customer got the error " Operation Not permitted"

And in the Work-group Server log, the following can be seen:

Transaction Name :Saved Search add /DBtext::writeString/BOBaccessList::saveAsNew/Active Audit Event add /DBtext::writeStringServer-Side ACL validation failed for BobType = Location ,objectUri =9000000106 and ACLTYPE =Can Use.   [ INSERT INTO TSACCESSCO ( uri , axObject , axObjectUri , axType , axSubType , axLocUri , axRefType ) VALUES ( 9000000228 , 38 , 9000000015 , 1 , 2 , 9000000106 , 5 )]
