Knowledge Document: 'Operation is not permitted' error when drag and drop document

When drag and drop a document or check in a new revision of document under certain Containers, non-Admin users receives the 'Operation is not permitted' error, causing the action to fail.

Environment

Content Manager 24.4, 23.4 Patch 1, 10.1 Patch 6.


Situation

Knowledge Worker user receives the 'Operation is not permitted' error when drag and drop a document into a container, and they don't have 'Update Record Metadata' access control to the Container
