This three-day On Demand administrator-level course teaches students how to set up and configure Content Manager for Enterprise use. In this course, you will learn about security and locations. You will create retention schedules and holds and set up classifications/categories. You will learn about record types, action tracking, system options, and troubleshooting tips. You will also perform audit configuration and auto classification. Finally, you will learn about advanced disposal, client matter functionality, and the export and import functionalities (DataPort).
