Situation

A non-admin user tries creating a new version of a record and receives the "Operation is not permitted" error as a sample below:

"DBtext::writeString Server-side validation failed for the permission Close a container
08:24:48:045            0      16784       16472   TD                                         Error: This operation is not permitted.
User: N/A"
