By default, Quick Search Bar only supports searching for records by Retention Schedule URI, However, there's another way to search by Retention Schedule Number

Environment

Content Manager 10.x
Content Manager 23.x
Content Manager 24.x

 

Situation

By default, Quick Search Bar only supports searching for records by Retention Schedule URI:

If user wants to search for records by Retention Schedule Number, they'll need to open Refined Search

However, there's a certain syntax that can be used to search for records by Retention Schedule Numbers directly from Quick Search Bar
