Content Manager 23.4.1 hotfix 3 

Situation

Assume we have 2 Admin users A & B who have access to a particular Teams Channel integrated with CM.
Admin A checks out a record from CM to Team channel. The document is not in Admin A's OneDrive but in Teams Files tab.
Admin B cannot check-in using CM client without losing changes. CM client warns since it was checked-out by Admin A. If Admin B checks it in, the document remains n Teams too. Admin A can check-in using CM client.

Why cannot Admin B check this in with changes if it's not in Admin A's OneDrive but inside a Team Channel which has both users Admin A and Admin B in it.

Once someone checks out a document from CM to teams, how do you check it back in without the user?
