Instruction for setting AzureAD app to use UPN for logging into Content Manager Web Client and Checkout to OneDrive

Environment

Content Manager 23.x
Web Client


Situation

By default the email address and UPN of an user in AzureAD are the same. 
In certain situation, a site might want to use different value for email address and UPN, then would like to utilize UPN for OpenID authentication instead of email address.

With default suggested OpenID configuration, Content Manager will look for user email address, hence extra steps are required.
Below is instruction for configuring the AzureAD app for Web Client.
