Situation
The streaming Folder on the Server seems to be causing High Disk utilization under the server and the dump files (multimedia) occupying more space on the X drive of the server.
Path for streaming E:\RIMS Data\ServerLocalData\TRIM\Streaming
Ingested files with its modified day as before January 1, 1910 to reproduce the issue.
ExAMPLE: (Get-Item "C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\TEST\OLD DOC.txt").LastWriteTime=("12 December 1909 17:00:00")
