Some Method to help user upgrading their Content Manager Installation to either speed up the Security Filter Conversion feature

Environment

10.x and above Content Manager.

Situation

After upgrading the Content Manager Installation, customer must run the Security Filter Conversion to properly upgrade their dataset. But user with big dataset will find that with the default configuration this will take a lot of time to run.
