Knowledge Document: TSERECVSN is meant to be unique but the combination of the columns 'evRecElecUri,evVersionNbr' contains duplicates

Database in [CM10.0 Patch 2] and its copy in [CM23.3] shows an error in TSERECVSN table. It shows that evRecElecUri index has an error. We tried to recreate this index but go the following error: "The index evRecElecUri in table TSERECVSN is meant to be unique but the combination of the columns 'evRecElecUri,evVersionNbr' contains duplicates."

Environment

CM 10.0 Patch 2 and  CM 23.3

Situation

The dataset over the Schema Manager Database in [CM10.0 Patch 2] and its copy in [CM23.3] shows an error in the TSERECVSN table. It shows that the evRecElecUri index has problems. Trying Recreating the index but get an error:

TSEVENTDAT : Status: Errors detected , Action: Insert Zero URI Row , Error: Missing the 0 URI row

TSINDEXWOR : Status: Errors detected Action: Correct subordinate items
