Content Manager 23.4.x
 

Situation

On Content Manager 23.4, after configuring Thin Office Integration to use with Azure OpenID Authentication, user might run into this error when using Content Manager Addin in Office:

The Content Manager Add-in is not available for use. Problems connecting to Content Manager ServiceAPI are preventing this Add-in from functioning. Please check your Content Manager Add-in connection.

If user closes Office, this error will pop up:

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
