Situation

OCTCR52O919210 was addressed in certain builds, however, even after applying those builds, users are still seeing "Operation not permitted" error during editing documents in Holds
 

Cause

As part of the fix in OCTCR52O919210, there was a change in the stored procedure in the database, and this stored procedure has to be recreated from the TRIM Enterprise Studio.
