CM Client - Allow 'Copy to Link' to be added to Ribbon

Don't know if this was an oversight, but the 'Copy to Link' function is unable to be added to the Ribbon. Since my agency will NEVER use the web-interface, I need to be able to add this function to the Ribbon, as per all the other functions.
