Allow location associations to be created via drag & drop

We would like to see the ability to create location associations via drag & drop, particularly "Member Of".  Often a person and a division are located under the top-level, and in order to add them to the division it's a number mouse clicks and a search.  Allowing the association to be created via drag & drop, similar to relating records, would very much speed up the process.
