Add Redaction to WebClient

Hi Patti,

From all of our engagements and survey, we have found very few to non-existent customers using CM's bundled redaction capabilities in each region. I would need more data on customer using this today and will also plan to move to web client in case we provide this feature, to justify a priority.

Hence, I am including a survey below and will also present the same in our upcoming 24.4 webinar to take stock of customers interested to see redaction/annotation capabilities in web client. Feel free to respond to the survey.

As more and more functionality is being pushed to the WebClient... and more organizations are opting to direct users to the WebClient vs installing (and patching and upgrading) thick clients, it would be very beneficial to have the new redaction features available in the web.
