Ability to see classification properties & notes in browse records by classification

As the classification browser now uses explorer format you can no longer see notes and properties for the classifications that are being selected. As this is a common way users created folders under a classification it would be great to have a way to see the notes which we use to outline the types of records which should be created under a classification.

Maybe when the classification is selected, the properties pane shows the classification properties until a record is selected in the list view, instead of defaulting the selection to the first record in the list as soon as a classification is selected.
