Urgent one - CM 23.4.1 Hotfix 3 Issue - Integration with Outlook and Word after the upgrade

Hi, anyone online?

Sunday 8 Dec 2024, 5 pm,

We just had a TRIM Upgrade from CM 9.4.4. to CM 23.4.1. hotfix 3 and there are some issues with integration with MS Outlook 365 and MS Word.

Using VPN at the moment, but MS Outlook initially opened with CM Add-ins disabled .

On "enable this Add-Ins" the outlook is frozen, "processing" ... using 2 different accounts , no success in loading my Oulook with Add-Ins enabled...

Same for MS Word.. on right click, edit the newly made document in Word, drag-drop, frozen,... Processing...

Anyone experienced similar issue, or is there a bug/support case reported for this
