Hi everyone,

Iam dealing with a frustrating  Full Dark Black Screen issue in OpenText Content Server. Every time I log in and try to navigate or open a folder, the entire screen just turns black, and I can’t do anything. The login page loads fine, but after that, it’s unusable.

I have tried clearing my browser cache, switching to different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), and even restarting the server, but nothing has worked. Iam running Content Server 21.4 on Windows Server 2019, and this just started happening after the recent update.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Could it be related to browser compatibility or a configuration error? Any suggestions would be really helpful Iam stuck!
