Duplicate email stops entire ingestion

Using 23.4, One of our users is experiencing a problem filing multiple emails into Content Manager using the Outlook Integration.  The system is configured to prevent duplicate emails as intended, (Content Manager> / ADMINISTRATION / System Options / Check for duplicate email messages / Prevent duplicated email messages )

The problem is that when this user attempts to file multiple emails that include a duplicate, the software displays an error message and then CEASES the filing process.  Is there a way to configure the software to SKIP the duplicate, but then CONTINUE to file the other NON-duplicate emails?
