We are using CM 10.1 with the Old Outlook.   When users drag and drop emails into CM 10.1 the message above is displayed.     

In user options --> documents: 

Update style for an email message that has been processed is:
Update the email message with an 'In Content Manager' indicator

However the unfiltered email message does not have the indicator.

The problem is The Message ID of the dragged filtered email done not match the Message ID of the original email

The user has thousands of emails that need to be processed in multiple containers.  The user searches for these emails which makes them filtered.    Dragging the original email is not an answer because of sheer volume.

The user wants to be able see the indicator on the undeleted email in Outlook.

Is there a solution or workaround to this problem?

Is there something in Outlook that I can toggle on or toggle off to make the filtered email the original email?
