CM23.4 Patch1 Services stops intermittently

Hi Team,

We have recently migrated to CM23.4P1 all of a sudden CM service get stopped, within the logs I can see it created .dmp files. 

I have installed winDbg and I can see below message:

This dump file has an exception of interest stored in it.
The stored exception information can be accessed via .ecxr(1500.2cf0): Access violation - code c0000005 (first/second chance not available)

Does anyone have seen this issue before and reviewed the TRIM dmp files before to troubleshoot any issue?

    We have been running CM 23.4 P1 on both internal and customer accounts without this issue. 
    Are there any relevant messages in the windows event logs that may aid the investigation ?
    To an investigate a .dmp would really require you to raise a case with the support team and upload the file(s).

    Note: There are a number of Hotfixes for 23.4 Patch 1 that might assist, support can assist with the download details.
