Is there a way to give only specific users the ability to "replace" certain record type documents (without creating a new version)? For example, we have a record type where we want end users to have the ability to check in and make new revisions to a document. We also need certain users to have the ability to completely replace the document to remove sensitive information from the file for good.
After doing some testing, I can toggle the "Allow Replace" option on the particular record type - but that opens it up for all users to utilize. I don't see anything in the locations permissions that would toggle this permission for the specific user access to replace or not replace a record version.
Thank you for any insight you can provide. I'm currently on version 10.0 but plan to upgrade to 24.4 when available.
