Record Creation Report

Hi All,

When I run a record creation creation, the report is showing some duplication of users for example a location called "Smith, Jane" has 260 records created from June to today but under that is "Smith, Jane (Ms)" who has 31 records created from Jan to May, when I search for records created from Jan to May and search by Creator using "Locations with matching text values for Name" the 31 records by Smith, Jane (Ms) return, however I cannot find a field with Smith, Jane (Ms) they are all showing as Smith, Jane what am I missing?
