Error message occasionally on opening reference files .
Hi Jason,
Looks like the TR5 file was double clicked from within outlook.
Guessing drag and dropping the TR5 first to the desktop and then double clicking works?
When a TR5 file is double clicked it typically launches TRIM with the following argument where %1 is the PATH of the TR5 file that was double clicked.
Guessing CM doesn't have access to this path, hence the error.
If you do a start -> run with
"C:\Program Files\Micro Focus\Content Manager\TRIM.exe" "C:\Users\...\_Disposal FIN20 Form.tr5"
you would get the same error.
Recommend checking permissions against the directory in the path, and possibly re-creating the local user profile of the user on the machine.

Or someone is opening a newer TR5 file (which are XML based) with an older client (that still only accepts INI format).
Thanks guys.. I did take a copy of the tr5 and seems to open locally for me ok. They did recently go through an upgrade through the version mismatch is too great to even open CM at all and the tr5 was created recently with the same version. Will check if they can copy and open from the desktop though.
