Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation

Anyone seen this error or know of a resolution?  We have a customer who was using the Outlook integration and was browsing for the folder to use within the Check In Style.  They clicked the “+” next to the record number to expand and this error showed.  It’s happened on a couple different containers, and for a couple of users, but doesn't seem to be consistent.  They are on 23.4, patched. Any assistance or suggestions are most appreciated!

I've seen this happen when there's a slight version difference between TRIM addin/client software (e.g. Outlook integration) and the version of the standard TRIM software installed.  This error isn't specific to TRIM.  It's a general message that often indicates that an application (e.g. Outllook integration) is trying to use code from another piece of software (e.g. TRIM standard runtime) that doesn't exist anymore because it's been renamed or removed.  This kind of thing has been happening a lot lately in recent versions of TRIM (like 23.4).

It's possible the customer's PCs are using an old version of the Outlook integration and it's not working quite as expected with TRIM 23.4.  Have a look through the Application logs in the Windows Event Viewer.  You may find details about the actual error that occurred.

We're using the latest Outlook integration, but It's worth a look to see if something didn't update when the latest was pushed via SCCM.  Thanks!
