Our Department have been getting lots questions regarding accessibility and if they can increase the font size. Is this something that the desktop client can have as a function?

Hi Jess - are you talking about a certain OpenText product or about the community site itself?

Hi Heather - My apologies, I should have specified that I was referring to Content Manager.
Hi Jess! I moved this into the discussion forum for Content Manager. You will hopefully receive a response more quickly here.

Hi Jess,
The easiest way is to adjust the zoom scaling of windows itself (but that will make all apps bigger)
For Windows 10 -> Right click on the desktop then go into 'Display Settings'
Scroll down to 'Scale and layout' and then increase the % scaling to your liking
May need to log out and log back in for the changes to take effect as sometimes windows scaling is a little funny.

Hi Scotty! Thank you for your response.
This is currently the response I have been giving to our end users as a solution but was interested in whether it is something that I haven't figured out how to do or if it is something OpenText can consider for the future :)
I am so glad to see someone else looking for this recently. I found this post because I have a customer requesting the exact same thing. Having to change their entire Windows scaling just because one application can't be individually scaled is not a good solution
I totally agree with you! We have had quite a few people ask about it. The other option I provide to people is requesting for assistive technology that zooms in things that your mouse hovers over. But again to have that just for one application is a bit ridiculous :(
