Situation

In DCMaint log, there are many error messages related to Account 104001782, ArchiveName 6661C432, like:

Volumes id -1 is Invalid for Non HSM server <nameofserver> for program PoolServer, account 104001782, archive 6661C432.
HSM is disabled and the disk archive for Account 104001782, ArchiveName 6661C432 could not be copied from Server <nameofserver> for ClientProgram PoolServer.
The following error occurred:
An archive is permanently irretrievable
