BackupServer service is stopped and Support Center site is not working.

Environment

Connected Backup version: 9.0.5.1
 

Situation

BackupServer service is in stopped state. The error message is: 
"A Service Control failed for service BackupServer on server: The service did not start due to a logon failure"
Meanwhile, Support Center site is not accessible with the error message: 
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable. "

Cause

The service accounts expired. 
 

Resolution

Request Active Directory team to extend the accounts.
