Running replication job but getting the error message: "Target cell device Replication Store_gw1 is not configured with designated store or does not exists in target cell"

Environment

Data Protector version 23.4
Operating System is Windows 2016 in cluster mode on both Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) system.
 

Situation

The error message happens when running replication jobs: 
[Critical] From: CSM@dc-cell1.local "REP_ORACLE_TO_DR" Time: 03-01-2025 4:17:22 PM
Target cell device B2D_ORACLE_DR_gw1 is not configured with designated store or does not exists in target cell!


Cause

Cell Manager and foreign Cell Manager loose the communication.
Find resolution on support portal
