Operating System on Cell Manager is Windows 2016 in cluster mode

Situation

After upgrading Data Protector version, running IDB backup job but getting the error message:

[Normal] From: BSM@backupserver-node1.local "IDB_DAILY"  Time: 27-12-2024 17:50:36
    OB2BAR application on "backupserver.local" successfully started.

[Normal] From: BSM@backupserver-nod1.local "IDB_DAILY"  Time: 27-12-2024 17:53:55
    OB2BAR application on "backupserver.local" disconnected.

Cause

The most general reason is the current account for IDB does not have full permission in folder OmniBack. Besides, IDB process could not detect the correct server's name if DP is running in cluster mode.
