Knowledge Document: DP 23.4, backups of several clients do not work

Environment:

DP 23.4
OS: RHEL 8.1

Situation:

Backups of specific clients always fail.

Start of a backup in debug mode reveals:
- there are only INET debugs on the client
- but nothing more, no VBDA activities are started via INET
- connect 5555 works fine

Analysis of INET debug file shows connectivity issues:
